In the wake of October 7, Jewish Federations created a loan fund for small and medium-sized businesses that struggle to access bank credit. Arab-owned businesses, which represent just under a fifth of all Israeli businesses, are a target group for these loans. Join us on Tuesday, October 15 at noon ET/ 7pm Israel time, to learn about the significance of reaching Arab businesses for Israel’s social and economic resilience. Speakers will include Adham Darawshe, Project Director for the Financial Literacy Program, the Bank of Israel; Matthew Salter, Director of the Emergency Loan Fund; and Chagit Rubenstein, CEO, KIEDF.
