11:30am & 1:30pm    Rugelach Workshop

Led by Hannah Altshuler of Everyday Feast

Location: Phillips Recreation Center Kitchen, 505 W Stoughton Street, Urbana, IL 61801

Description: Rugelach, Yiddish for “small corners” (rogelekh), are flaky pastry horns, often filled with nuts and fruit. These humble cookies originated in Jewish communities in Poland and can teach us a lot about Yiddish history and culture. Join us for a very tasty hands-on workshop where we will make these treats. Two sessions are available, one beginning at 11:30am and the other at 1:30pm. Space is limited.

Oysfarkoyft—SOLD OUT! Registration for this event is full!
