The Future of Jews on American Campuses After October 7
Thursday, March 26th at 6:00pm at the Cohen Center, 503 E John St.
About the event: Dr. Cary Nelson, UIUC Professor Emeritus and Jubilee Professor of Liberal Arts and Sciences, will give a talk about antisemitism at American universities. Professor Nelson has written or edited thirty-nine books on topics which include modern American poetry, antisemitism, and the politics of higher education. His newest book, "College Zionists Confront the Abyss,” about reactions to October 7, will be published this summer, and forms the basis of this talk.
Doors will open at 5:30pm, and the lecture will begin at 6pm. Refreshments will be provided.
Security: All attendees will be required to show a photo ID at the event registration table.
