The Community Coalition’s Race Relations Committee, in partnership with Illinois Soul and Illinois Public Media (IPM), is pleased to announce a special edition of News, Brews, & Beatz inspired by the PBS series Black & Jewish America.

This special event will feature a community screening of one episode from the series, followed by a facilitated panel discussion exploring themes of history, identity, allyship, and the evolving relationships between Black and Jewish communities.

The conversation will be facilitated by Tracy Parsons and Reginald Hardwick, with panelists to be announced soon.

Together with our partners, we look forward to creating a welcoming space for learning, reflection, and meaningful dialogue, and we hope you’ll join us for this important community conversation.
