C-U Kristallnacht Commemoration with William "Bill" Gingold
To commemorate Kristallnacht, longtime Champaign-Urbana community member Bill Gingold
(Dr G) will share how he and his family survived the Holocaust. Bill was born on September 20,

Prior to his story, a group of students from the college of education will talk about a project
they have been undertaking this semester to educate themselves about the Holocaust with the
purpose of teaching about the Holocaust in school during their education careers.
