Please come to Hands On Only CPR. Judaism places an enormous amount of value on the mitzvah of Pikuach Nefesh, saving one’s life. One thing that you can do in an emergency situation is determine if someone would benefit from CPR. Leanna Cossman and a team of qualified health care professionals will facilitate a Hands Only CPR class on Sunday, February 10. The class will be at Sinai Temple from 1:00-3:00. Please sign up in advance to ensure that they have the proper number of mannequins. This is open to the community and the skills learned will be usable in situations you might encounter during every day activities. Do what you can to save a life, learn to administer Hands Only CPR until more help is available.
