The Champaign Urbana Jewish Federation (CUJF) Committee Against Antisemitism (CAA) is committed to ensuring that our community remains a place where everyone can live and practice openly, free from fear or intimidation. To that end, we have partnered with the Secure Community Network (SCN) for the reporting of any potentially antisemitic incidents, threats, or suspicious activity.
The Secure Community Network works diligently to monitor both physical institutions and online threats. They are working in partnership with a network of colleagues to ensure our facilities are secure and our community members are trained, and coordinating with key partners, from law enforcement to the broader faith-based community — all with the aim of ensuring that the Jewish community can continue to live and practice openly, free from fear, violence, or intimidation.
Our community is directly supported by Regional Security Advisor Ken Scarlette. Ken works closely with the CAA and local law enforcement to ensure our facilities are secure and our members are trained.
A critical part of our partnership is the Incident Reporting Form. We encourage community members to report any potentially antisemitic incidents, suspicious activity, or threats through this centralized portal.
Important: If you are witnessing a crime in progress or are in immediate physical danger, always call 911 first.
When you submit a report, it is processed through SCN’s Realtime Actionable Intelligence Network™ (Project RAIN™). This state-of-the-art technology allows analysts to:
By using this form, you aren't just reporting an incident; you are helping the CAA and CUJF gather the data necessary to advocate for our community’s safety with local government and law enforcement.
If you see something, say something. No incident is too small to be analyzed by the SCN team.
By staying vigilant and reporting what we see, we ensure that our community remains resilient and secure.
